I purchased my Mazda CX5 at Chapman Mazda two years ago in a relaxed no-pressure atmosphere. Yesterday I was at Chapman Mazda for an oil change and alignment. The service advisor Wayne kept me advised as to the status of my service and even found a sales person who could assist me with an issue I was having with my phone while I was in blue tooth mode.

Josh is my service advisor at Chapman Mazda. I just had the 30 K service. and the technician’s name is George. They do a stellar job and it’s really nice to put a name with the face and they know your car.. That’s why I constantly give five star review

I felt as buyers, we breezed through the normally gut-wrenching process with some electronic signatures and excellent explanations by the finance manager. No more than 30 mins with niceties exchanged! Our finance manager was Steve who was not only thorough with what we were going over but very educational and even sought out better arrangements on my Daughter’s behalf. My Daughter and I felt as if we got the best possible outcome/finance option possible from Chapman Mazda and we will be back in the future; 💯. Would also recommend to others I know. It's easy to give a five star rating when everything goes perfectly. In our case, it didn't--and I'm giving them a five star rating anyway. The process had a few hiccups. I especially appreciate two things: 1) when I was verbally told by Chapman leadership that something would happen, it happened; and 2) I didn't expect to leave the process looking forward to going back in for my first oil change so I would have an excuse to catch up on how everyone's dogs are doing. I worked with Denise and Rick. I was overwhelmed a lot of phone calls after I was first established with Denise... I feel like the majority of the men salesmen aside from the sales manager are very aggressive and it was not appealing to work with them. My family has boughten several cars from Chapman and the GM personally called me to make sure my client experience was where it should be and assured me the professionalism would be handled accordingly. I understand it's car salesman so they are pretty aggressive and ruthless on the non-stop calls, But I work in sales myself and if I'm building a rapport with one person and their sales manager, I would expect the rest of the team be professional and respectful of it. They did earn my business because of the above and beyond effort Denise and Rick performed while pulling in the GM to ensure my client experience. They earned my trust and respect. I highly recommend DENISE! She was kind and professional and made my experience feel genuine, Rick the sales manager was a natural leader, I believe it was the perfect powerhouse combo between the two of them. What a refreshing experience at Chapman Mazda in Phoenix! I was looking for the perfect CX-70, and Denise took such great care of me. If you’re interested in the Mazda CX-70, specifically in that stunning Soul Red, head to Chapman Mazda and ask for Denise. I walked in thinking I knew everything about these cars, but Denise blew me away with her knowledge of the features—especially that moonroof and the bench seat setup. I went to Chapman Mazda in Phoenix to check out the Mazda CX-70, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Denise. Had to most of the drive train replaced. My service rep kept me informed the progress on getting the parts and the progress of the work until they were done. Excellent customer service by the team.

I had a great experience working with Zach during my recent car purchase. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. I’ve had my Mazda about 7 years, however this was my first visit to this location. Top notch service, diagnosed my car in under 15 minutes, honestly told me what I needed immediately versus what I could wait on, helped me finance the repairs, provided another vehicle to run an errand, washed my vehicle before handing it back— overall excellent communication and trustworthy. Will definitely come here again!

With that in mind, I found a Certified PreOwned online in my budget, and reached out to Jerry again to test drive. I purchased the car that day. As a first time car buying experience, it was wonderful! Everyone was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and with finance I was able to work out a really good deal that worked for my final budget. I had a great experience getting my Mazda serviced at this location. My service advisor, Bruce, was a great communicator. I also appreciated the video from the mechanics/technicians explaining why each repair was recommended.

My initial Chapman Mazda contact was an internet inquiry. I negotiated a very good offer on a new vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Zac and Rick. My wife and I were looking to downsize from a van after a few of the kids started driving themselves and I was dreading the experience. It has been a while since going to a dealership but I remember it being a stressful and unpleasant experience. Just purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-50 from Chapman Mazda this week. I traveled from out of state to make this purchase. Something I have never done before. My decision to do this came down to 2 factors. It was the price out the door, and the customer service I received from my salesperson Zachary Boccieri. The price I paid vs what my local out the door price is pretty considerable. My experience with Zach was great! There was a lot of back and forth via phone calls, and text messages. He was always very prompt when it came to returning calls or text messages. All of my questions got answered. He went above and beyond to assist me. He took the time to fully listen to what I had to say and address my concerns. As a result of his dedication, professionalism and positive attitude, I feel that I am a valued customer of Chapman Mazda! All companies claim customer service is important and highest priority. From my experience on this purchase, Chapman Mazda can make that claim because of Zachary Boccieri. I would also like to mention and say thanks to Jose Pelayo in finance. Had a great experience here. I was able to negotiate a good deal with Jeffrey Orleans over the phone since I live in Tucson. Drove up 2 hours to get there and arrived one hour before they closed. He never tried to rush me out the door or pressure me into any last minute add-ons. He just had the car waiting for me and walked me through the whole process. While I saw the finance manager, he waited until I was done and took the time to show me the ins and outs of my new car. Ended up staying almost an hour after closing. Good group of people.

I brought in my Mazda CX 5 for a 30,000 mile service appointment. The service advisors were excellent and the mechanics did a great job. Everyone was very nice and they kept me informed while they serviced my CX 5. Thank you Chapman Mazda and I will see you for my next oil change.

Buying a car at Chapman Mazda with Cally was an entirely different experience than what I had at the big corporate dealerships. The difference with a smaller, family-owned dealership really comes down to the people. Not only was Chapman able to beat the “big boys” on price, but the experience itself was what truly set them apart. Buying a car at Chapman Mazda with Cally was an entirely different experience than what I had at the big corporate dealerships. The difference with a smaller, family-owned dealership really comes down to the people. Not only was Chapman able to beat the “big boys” on price, but the experience itself was what truly set them apart. When I shopped at a large dealership for my first plug-in hybrid, I had a lot of questions about the battery during the test drive. The salesperson’s response? “Do I look like a mechanic?” Needless to say, that didn’t inspire confidence. Cally, on the other hand, went above and beyond. He had me pull into a parking lot and spent over 35 minutes walking me through every feature of the car, every button, every setting, and even how to fully use and customize the infotainment system. His knowledge and patience made me feel confident about my purchase. The communication at Chapman was also night-and-day compared to the big guys. At the other dealership, I never knew who I was texting or emailing, one message was all lowercase, another in bold Times New Roman, another short and clipped. It felt messy and unprofessional, and the worst was the ChatGPT crafted email that contained false information about their incentives. At Chapman, I worked directly with Cally (sales), Michael (sales manager), and Amir (finance). Every interaction was professional, transparent, and respectful. When it came time to talk numbers, we had a straightforward back-and-forth conversation that was refreshingly honest. No games, no pressure, no getting shuffled around to different “mystery” people. The big dealership actually got upset with me because I wouldn’t agree to buy a higher trim that I hadn’t seen or driven, and they didn't want to give me time to consider my budget. At Chapman, I was treated with respect the entire way through. If you’re tired of the corporate runaround and want an honest, knowledgeable, and respectful car-buying experience, I can’t recommend Chapman Mazda and Cally enough.

This is my 6th Mazda (2025 CX5 Carbon Edition) and the 2nd I purchased from Chapman. They were quick to respond by email and text. I was unable to come in for a couple of days. The color I wanted (Rhodium Metallic White w/ Black Leather) was hard to find in town. They got the exact car I wanted, beat every other dealers’ price and got me in and out in about an hour, including test drive. Rob and Mike were great to deal with! I had to bring my new MX5 into the Mazda collision center for Chapman Mazda. Someone decided to key the new special edition. The collision center staff were friendly and helpful. They kept me informed as to how long it would take and what was going on. They also did a wonderful job fixing the deep scratch in the paint and the car looks wonderful.

After getting the runaround by a service manager at a Mazda dealership near me, I called Chapman and spoke to Bruce about my problem. He was nothing but patient and most of all, respectful and helpful. THANK YOU…my problem isn’t fixed yet but I feel like I will get honest service from Chapman!

Buying a car does not have to be a frightening experience. Go to Chapman Mazda (if your looking at that brand) for a very satisfied deal. See Rob Riley (great guy) for a fantastic deal on a new car. A shout out to Tim Murphy also.

Having my vehicle serviced here is always easy. The service consultants are always kind and dealing with them is always a pleasure. My wife and I have owned multiple vehicles from higher end European companies and the dealership experience is always awful. I wish it was as good as it is in Mazda.

Excellent sales experience here. While the showroom may not be the most glamorous, the “family/team” approach was evident throughout. The deal was strong and service from Shea was excellent, along with the GM and Finance. This was actually my second time buying this year and I’ll be back for a 3rd. Well done team.

Great customer service. Highly recommend. I am in a fleet program at work where every 4 years we get to pick the car of our choice within a certain price limit. I drove the Mazda CX-90 and loved it so I started looking for some of the Premium Plus and Premium Sport trim packages. I found a few at another Mazda I liked, went there and was completely turned off by their professionalism and service so I called up Chapman and from day 1 they couldn’t have been nicer. Because I work for a big company it was a lengthy/corporate process to buy the car but they were not pushy, super patient, and very accommodating the whole time. I have to give a shoutout to Shea Graham, my sales associate. Shea is the man, he is a young professional, with great communication and patience. Never pushy, but consistently followed up with me to see where we were at and I was super appreciative of his help. If you’re looking for a solid Mazda Dealership in the Phoenix Area I would go to Chapman Mazda first. Great group of people there.

I dealt with Mike, sales mgr and he was genuine and treated me like I was more than a number. The dealership was laid back and easy to work with. Nick in sales was knowledgeable and friendly. A great experience.

The sales process was smooth from the day I called in. It took less than a week to negotiate a deal on my new Mazda3 HB. Josh my salesman was great, a pleasure to work with, and his manager too. Finance guys were respectful and accepted my “no” on certain items. Also, i accidentally left my sunglasses behind so they shipped them to me! Im from Yuma so this was great gesture. I recommend avoiding Chapman Mazda and Amir Fallahi. Amir Fallahi was our finance manager. He is dishonest, condescending, rude and told us he was in a bad mood the moment we went in his office. He added things onto our contract and said they were included or would cost us nothing. Should've known better! When I got home I found out the truth reading through the contract and when I contacted the company to cancel the warranty they said they never received the money or contract. Weird. Still waiting for Amir to send it over to them after 3 weeks....commissions must kill a conscience.

I ordered a Miata from Chapman and it took awhile to get here. Shea and Dave were great keeping me up-to-date on its progress. I picked it up this week and Shea was very thorough explaining all of the car’s features and even did a test drive with me to make sure I could still drive a stick before heading home! I had lots of questions and he never made me feel rushed. I had a concern with the tire pressure so I took it into service today and again, everyone was totally awesome. The service guys got me right in and even gave me some helpful tips. I would definitely recommend Chapman Mazda to anyone - you won’t regret it. The customer service you get at Chapman is over and above what you receive at most dealerships. Such a great experience! Thanks again to Shea!
