I brought my car to Chapman Mazda after it broke down on a drive back from California. It was out of the manufactures warranty but I had an extended warranty. I was pleased with my at Chapman Mazda yesterday. I was able to schedule an online appointment the day before. when I Bruce, the service agent was helpful and anticipated what the issue was with my car based on visible signs. He gave me an estimate estimated pick up time and the car was ready well in advance of that time. I liked frequent text messages about the status of my service and photo confirmation of the work done.
Bruce, Service Manager is the best. My battery died while parked in my garage. Once I had it jump started, I brought it to Bruce. He was swamped with customers but was able to get me on the road to my dentist within an hour. Much appreciated, excellent service. Thank you.

An extremely good experience at Chapman Mazda. I have purchased 4- CX5's at 3- different dealerships in the valley. Chapman Mazda and Val our sales gal was by far the most peaceful no nonsense straight forward experience. I highly recommend Val. and Chapman Mazda. I would highly recommend Chapman Mazda Service Department and especially the service manager Justin. He is the most helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable automotive service manager! I just bought my CX-90 from a different dealer but was closer to Chapman when I realized one of my tires was showing it was over inflated in my mymazda app. Wayne greeted me and brought me right to the garage where Randy quicky checked the pressure in all of my tires. I was able to get back on the road quicky with the assurance that my tires were correctly inflated.
Arturo was great to work with. He was so straight forward. The whole process was so refreshing after visiting Kia and Nissan in Chandler and having horrible experiences. The guys at Chapman Mazda are polite, helpful and make it exciting to purchase a new car. Thanks again Arturo!

Bruce is Amazing! They let you know what things need to be fixed on your car and what's priority. There is no pressure and they get it done quick. The shuttle service was great too. My experience with Chapmann Mazda was very good. Joshua the Sales Rep was very prompt responding to my online inquires and over the phone. He also was very efficient in setting up a test drive and processing the paperwork for my new CX-50. Additionally, the closer was efficient in processing the final paperwork. Overall, my experience with Chapman was very good, they earned my business, I will be doing business with them in the future when I'm ready to buy another vehicle.
Many thanks to Bruce F and George D for their diligence in fixing my 2023 CX-50 (which I love). Although I did not buy the car there, when the service issue occurred, Chapman Mazda was the closest dealer to my home. There were some unexpected challenges in rectifying the service issue I had, which included the massive recent Cyberattack affecting thousands of car dealerships across the country. This downtime prevented the team from communicating with Mazda electronically for 2 weeks which prolonged my car's stay there, but once that was resolved, everything moved forward. Great service by Arturo, Rob, and the team. They were super respectful to my Spanish-only speaking wife and I. We test drove 2 CX-5s with my wife going for the 2021 with more miles instead of the 2019 with the less miles. I would've done the 2019, but my wife liked how the 2021 drove and felt, plus the color. Update (8/1/24) - Vehicle ended up being ALOT more expensive than was fair. I understand my wife not having good credit, history, and no income taxes yet, but it seems like we're paying for a luxury car now, $670 a month for a used 2021 CX-5. I wish I would've known would've done things differently. Now the old vehicle is gone, there's a chip in the new vehicle's windshield, and my wife already drove over 1,000 miles in it. I still appreciate the initial experience just feel something better could've been done in the end. Less 1 star to 4. ...

While I am concerned that my air compressor went out within 4 years of getting my Mazda the service department is always a 10/10 very knowledgeable and communicative.

I'll give the Chapman Mazda group credit for transparency. The minimal contact I have had on an Internet inquiry has been cordial, so far - thank you Nick. On their site, the prices on CPO Mazdas note they do not include $1895 of dealer inst. accessories. There are dealers whom don't do this or are very much under this total (Bill Luke adds only a window tint package at $399). I work with Bruce in the service center, since I began leasing my now financed car for the last 4 years. He is wonderful to work with, very kind and accommodating. My dog is able to come and wait with me inside the customer area while my car is being serviced. The facilities are very clean and easy to work out of as well when you're there for long appointments

I did a bunch of research to find the right service location for my Mazda3. Although there were several Mazda service stations closer to my residence, I made my choice based on reviews regarding: quality, reliability, and reasonable cost. This is my first time coming to Chapman Mazda and I am reasured by the professionalism, honest open communication, quality of work and the reasonable cost. It takes a while to trust one's car mechanic, yet these guys made a very good impression. Will certainly return.
Nick Nichols in sales was great. I trusted him completely. He answered every question I had & everything he promised he delivered on. When I had a problem with my new CX-90 the sales manager Mike & the service manager Justin both promptly resolved the problem. It's guys like Nick, Mike & Justin that keep my garage full of three Mazda vehicles.
With not having good experiences at prior mazda service departments, it was nice to finally have a good experience here. I pulled up to Champman Mazda for my 11 o'clock appointment and Bruce was there to greet me and walked me through everything that was going to be done. With a guy like Bruce and the customer service he had to offer is the reason why I will be taking my car back there.

Perfect transaction. I emailed all Arizona dealerships a request for proposal. Chapman's Jacob Sayegh was not only the first to respond but one of the few that actually submitted a proposal that matched our request. Who would think sales people can actually read and follow instructions? He offered the 'best valued responsive and technically correct proposal' so we made the purchase; in and out of the dealership in about 30 minutes. I spent Friday morning with Bill leasing a car for the first time. Painless! I’m never really sure what to expect at a dealership but bad memories from the past has made me apprehensive. 25 years ago a salesman chased after us in the parking lot and tried to block me from leaving. Didn’t have that problem yesterday since I’m not running and I don’t think Bill would be chasing. Bill explained everything I asked about and I got the vehicle I came for within budget.
