I walked in thinking I knew everything about these cars, but Denise blew me away with her knowledge of the features—especially that moonroof and the bench seat setup. I went to Chapman Mazda in Phoenix to check out the Mazda CX-70, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Denise. I’ve had my Mazda about 7 years, however this was my first visit to this location. My initial Chapman Mazda contact was an internet inquiry. I negotiated a very good offer on a new vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Zac and Rick. They were very friendly and no pressure. Rick had the original internet offer information and said he would try to make it better, which he did. This was a no pressure, no haggling, best vehicle purchase I have ever had. I would highly recommend Chapman Mazda if you are considering a vehicle purchase.

Had a great experience here. I was able to negotiate a good deal with Jeffrey Orleans over the phone since I live in Tucson. Drove up 2 hours to get there and arrived one hour before they closed. He never tried to rush me out the door or pressure me into any last minute add-ons. He just had the car waiting for me and walked me through the whole process. TLDR: Joshua helped me with my first test drives and was super professional, patient, and never pushy. When it came time to buy, I worked with Rob Riley and David — they put together an amazing deal for me with zero pressure tactics during the deal making process. I had to bring my new MX5 into the Mazda collision center for Chapman Mazda. Someone decided to key the new special edition. The collision center staff were friendly and helpful. They kept me informed as to how long it would take and what was going on. They also did a wonderful job fixing the deep scratch in the paint and the car looks wonderful.
After getting the runaround by a service manager at a Mazda dealership near me, I called Chapman and spoke to Bruce about my problem. He was nothing but patient and most of all, respectful and helpful. THANK YOU…my problem isn’t fixed yet but I feel like I will get honest service from Chapman!

Having my vehicle serviced here is always easy. The service consultants are always kind and dealing with them is always a pleasure. My wife and I have owned multiple vehicles from higher end European companies and the dealership experience is always awful. I wish it was as good as it is in Mazda.
Excellent sales experience here. While the showroom may not be the most glamorous, the “family/team” approach was evident throughout. The deal was strong and service from Shea was excellent, along with the GM and Finance. This was actually my second time buying this year and I’ll be back for a 3rd. Well done team.

The sales process was smooth from the day I called in. It took less than a week to negotiate a deal on my new Mazda3 HB. Josh my salesman was great, a pleasure to work with, and his manager too. Finance guys were respectful and accepted my “no” on certain items. Also, i accidentally left my sunglasses behind so they shipped them to me! Im from Yuma so this was great gesture. I recommend avoiding Chapman Mazda and Amir Fallahi. Amir Fallahi was our finance manager. He is dishonest, condescending, rude and told us he was in a bad mood the moment we went in his office. He added things onto our contract and said they were included or would cost us nothing. Should've known better! When I got home I found out the truth reading through the contract and when I contacted the company to cancel the warranty they said they never received the money or contract. Weird. Been in contact with Dave the Sales Manager and his salesman Shea, they were really helpful and kept updating me on a vehicle I was interested in. I'm out of state and they still treated me wonderfully. I would highly recommend working with them. Very straight to the point and willing to help you out. Most of all I really appreciate there honesty. They were letting me know what was wrong with the vehicle and addressed the issues with it. If you want a honest dealership than I would highly recommend them.

This dealership leaves sold vehicles up on their website and other online platforms just to get you to contact them. Would not even tell me the vehicle I was interested in was sold until pressed about it. Wasted my time!
